Where are my purchases?

Sign in to My Account with the email used at checkout. Confirmed purchases appear under My Downloads with the licence key and download button.

How do I install a script?

Download the ZIP, read the included installation notes, add the resource to your server, install any listed dependencies, and add its ensure line to server.cfg. See the customer documentation.

How does licence activation work?

Use the licence issued to your account. The first authorised server is securely bound to it. Contact support before moving to a replacement server; do not share or resell the key.

My download link expired—what should I do?

Your account remains the main place for owned downloads. If an emailed limited-use link expired, contact support with your order number.

Where can I get support?

Use the Discord ticket command for private help or visit the contact page. Never post passwords, licence keys, payment details, or recovery codes publicly.
